At Bueno Shoes, we want you to love your purchase. If your shoes aren't quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit, subject to the conditions below.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. If your purchase is not suitable, you may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
This policy applies to all full-price, sale, clearance, outlet, and promotional items unless the product is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, you must:
Returns sent with postage labels or tape attached directly to the shoe box may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Outlet, warehouse sale and clearance items are not eligible for refunds. Where approved, these items may be exchanged for another size (subject to availability) or issued with a store credit.
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
