Shopping information

All orders are shipped via Sendle (Courier) and Australia Post standard delivery, depending on location within Australia.

Orders can take up to a maximum of 7 days, but we always endeavour to deliver in the shortest time possible.

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only however watch this space...

Express postage is available upon request for an additional fee. Please email us at info@buenoshoes.com.au.

Payment Information

If you don't love our products, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to set up a refund. Please note, we may require proof of purchase to consider your refund request.

Currently, we only ship within Canada and the United States. We are working on shipping internationally though, so hold tight! We appreciate your patience and interest :)

Payment is available by credit card, Afterpay, and PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. You can pay via PayPal using a Credit Card.

Once received we will assess your shoes and refund your Purchase Price via PayPal.

Loyalty Program

Yes, provided you've signed up to the Loyalty program, you automatically be rewarded everytime you shop.

Provided you are signed up to our loyalty program and checkout using that same email address our loyalty program will automatically reward your points.

Yes! Simply login to the rewards dashboard and it will display your available points. You can also use this page to convert your points to discount vouchers and find other ways to earn even more loyalty rewards points.

You recieve points for every purchase you make. You can also earn points by joining our social media channels, sign up to our newsletter, write a review or share with your friends.

Sure. Just sign up to the program within 7 days of your purchase and the points will be retrospectively awarded to you.

Points are earned as soon as your checkout, however they remain in a status of pending until your order is delivered.

Yes. Points expire 3 months after your last order

Points cover to cash in the form of a unique discount code that is provided to you when you conver your points.

$5 Voucher = 500 Points

$20 Voucher = 2000 Points

$50 Voucher = 5000 Points

We've made sure that our rewards program doesn't mean you'll have to spend lots just to get a reward. Our lowest loyalty tear offers 5 points for every $1 spent. So a $100 purchase earns you 500 points which equates to a $5 voucher. Make another purchse within 3 months and you'll be growing a healthy loyalty rewards account.
