My boots size 44 have just arrived and are beautifully soft and comfortable. I have one general comment on large sizes - we don't all necessarily have large ankles - mine are slim and the boots are a little too wide, but not a great problem. With sandals, however, the velcro tape is too short for me to secure the sandals tightly enough. Maybe you could suggest that they are twice as long. :)
