Returns, Exchanges and Faulty Products
As our store is closing, we offer exchanges only for eligible change-of-mind returns, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. We are unable to offer refunds or store credit for change-of-mind purchases.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products that are faulty, damaged or fail to meet consumer guarantees will be addressed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, consumers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as required by law.
